Can I get AI to help me with … ?
Starting with my own internal processes at Duelling Pixels, I pulled apart the workflows and transformed them to a AI first world. I spent hours testing different AI prompts, looking at how I could improve the responses. I connected prompts together into a chain of sequences and built automated workflows. If I needed a specific functionality for WooCommerce, I was able to code it with AI.
The end result?
It completely changed the way Duelling Pixels managed client work. Hours of work was saved each week, third-party providers and contractors were dropped.

Hi, I am Nicholas Duell
From a young age, I was endlessly curious about how things worked—a curiosity that sometimes got me into trouble. One such adventure, involving a push lawnmower, my brother’s “help,” and a trip to hospital to have the top of my finger sewn back on, taught me that there’s value in careful experimentation. That lesson stayed with me. Over time, I channelled that curiosity into something more constructive. Breaking down systems to understand them, and then rebuilding them so they worked better.
At 18, I started as a kitchen hand for a major catering business. By 20, I was running the kitchen service. Night after night, sometimes for 18 hours a day, I managed a small team in hot, cramped kitchens to deliver three-course meals for weddings of 150+ guests.
I didn’t realise it at the time, but my real talent wasn’t cooking—it was systemising the service under pressure. I could see the entire workflow, break it down into clear, sequential steps, and orchestrate the team to execute them without error. Management soon noticed and began placing me in charge of their biggest VIP events, not to cook, but to manage the kitchen process. My role was to create a system that allowed the chefs to do what they did best, focusing on the food.
That experience is the foundation of Duelling Agents. I learned that every business, whether it’s a bustling kitchen or a growing company, runs on a series of processes. And just like a top chef needs to be free to create, your best people need to be liberated from the friction of manual, repetitive tasks.
